Going through the drive-thru this morning was not a good experience. The greeter at the speaker was less than enthusiastic to take my order and after waiting a while to get to the window, my order was slightly incorrect. I decided to accept it as it was because I was now late to get my kids to school. Then when my son opened his biscuit we noticed that the chicken was missing! What!? So now, I am going to be late and have to walk inside to correct the mistake with kids in tow. I get to the counter and they address the issue just fine, however when Kortney returns with the biscuit, because of the inconvenience, I request the compensation of another biscuit during my next visit. She looks at me like I am insane and just stares! I repeat myself and then she says that "she remade my item" as if to say what more is there to do? After a moment of just standing there she must see that I am serious and then asks me my name. I am done at this point and just decide to leave. Once I get to work I decide to call and speak with Kortney, the manager, about my experience. She finally offered whatever I wanted but not before letting me know she reacted that way b/c she was just initially stunned that I requested a "free" biscuit and that most people just get their order corrected and leave. Well, after all was said by both of us, I still feel the same way as when I was in the store, disappointed and frustrated by the experience but, unfortunately, more so by the reaction and response than to the mistake. I decided to not get anything "free" because now this was not the point. Hopefully Chick-fil-A is not taking the McDonald's path to customer satisfaction and service. However, after previous experiences that I didn't voice and now this, they are losing favorable points with our family. (By the way, the lady at the window, Phyllis, is as nice as always and this review doesn't reflect on her)

This chick-fil-a location was one of the cleanest locations I ever been in. The spicy chicken breakfast burrito I got was super delicious. Our server was also very nice but could use a nice southern smile.

This chickfla has the slowest drive through it always takes me fifteen minutes to get through and the I watch the people in front of me get handed a smaller bag it's alway worst in the morning. If your going to charlotte just go to the one in fort mill. Tired of wasting my time waiting here

Friendly folks. Consistently given salutation of "God bless you". Sometimes they seem to be a little slower than others cfa's I've patroned, but no major issues. Good food is always delivered upon.

Recently moved tot he Columbia area, so I stopped here with the youth group on our way to the Operation Christmas Child distribution center in Charlotte so I could try it for the first time. Let me tell you..it was amazing! The restaurant itself was shining and the server (Sara I believe) was so very nice! I will now recommend Chick-Fil-A over other competing restaurants! Thank You!

Worst drive thru service and food. It took them over ten minutes to give me my food and then they forgot one of the sandwiches. Once I got home (only 2 miles away) the food was cold and looked like it was made hours before. Never going there again. PS. The place was not busy at all just a couple of people inside, so don't know why they took so long.

I came here only because I had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich. It was good but lacked any lettuce, tomato etc so a bit bland. But 4 stars because the people who work here are so pleasant, parking is easy and the place is clean. I think they have one person who only walks around wiping tables.

Who doesn't love Chick-Fil-A? Ever had bad food or service there? Of course not. For those of you that have never been to a Chick-Fil-A, this is a place that only seemed to be in malls ten years back. I remember going for the first time and thinking...wow...this is a mall place? The menu is not huge...but everything they make is great...and they'll even do it with a smile. Chick-Fil-A is a great place to bring small children. They have sticky mats for your table, proper portions of food, and an indoor playground for the kids to wear themselves out. Try: The chicken sandwich with their barbecue sauce on it Also Try: Tearing your kids away from the playground and getting out of there without buying them ice cream

What can you say about Chick-Fil-A? Service is great, and food is good. This particular location you have to wait in a long line at lunchtime but it moves at a good pace.

love my number one combo with no butter on the bun and diet dr pepper. I take it home and add dukes mayo sit in front of the tv and enjoy it greatly. I wish they had some kind of seasoning salt for the fries though

Always a good option when you need something quick. I personally like the fact they have all the info right beside the item so you know what you are going to eat before you order. Everything is always fresh and made the way you order it. Employees always go out of there way to be extra friendly!

This place is amazing, as busy as it gets, they never seem frazzled and they move customers along with that trademark smile and saying, "My Pleasure". I grew up on McDonald's but finally had the last and final moment with them and promptly drove to Chickfila where I received great food, hot and with excellent service. I am so happy to go there and it makes me happy to see people that care.
